DFP with some Frex accessories.
Cool, I want to buy a frex wheel for my DFP aswel, that should complete the package for the next few years. :)
As it'll probably take some time before I get anything new here's my current 'setup' :).
Too much stuff around the system now though. And don't try to copy my GTL keys which are on the Post-it note :p.

I just took it off, you can unscrew it withouht opening the wheel or anything. I do put it back in for RBR, for the hand brake.

How do the pedals feel?
Amazing! Better then the real thing :)
But they do feel great, leagues above anything plastic that I have used over the years.
I thought the act-labs were good, but they are nothing in comparsion.
I recomend these for anyone, they do cost a bit, but face it, you will never need to buy another set, because really the build quality is of military grade, and I have set in tanks to confirm this ;)

The best wheel I had was a Madcatz wheel (Dont know which one) but it felt soooo good! but it broke when i dropped it.

Do you have neck problem? ;)

Sweet I just bought the same wheel and pedals!
It's a nice wheel. The wheel itself is nice and thick, nice grips, the buttons fall right into place with your thumbs. It's built pretty well. A nice heavy feel if you set up the spring in the properties right.
This is my second one. I bought it refurbished from Saitek for $35 plus shipping. I am going to send in my damaged one next month to get repaired, and eventually I'll pick up another 2 or 3. When my sons get older we can all race together.

Do you have neck problem? ;)
Nope...the desk sucks though. I might build a new shelf unit for it so we can put the monitor in front though...or just get a new desk.

wow nice mate!
Now that I see how easy it is to take of the DFP original wheel I think Ill go and buy a real wheel to stick on my'n. Looks damn easy. Just have to make an adapter...Damn why did I click that link.......now I must do that hehe.
Looks great btw, cant wait for a full setup shot!
Won't post another picture of the full setup but here's (http://vrmx.gt42.net/pc/dfp/) what I have now :D.
I don't think I have that much invested in the steering wheel of my real car. lol :)

another nice picture to show the technology behind my 4:1 surround system:
http://members.home.nl/hanshof/race%20setup%20side.jpg
and yes, the red tape holds the wheel together more or less. The old wooden table adds a nice acoustic touch to force feedback rumbles. The ashtray must have dropped, it's normally near the mouse.:p
