I just downloaded the patch from the first link on the official GTL site and it works fine.

Sure it's not a problem with your system corrupting files?

I just checked the one in our downloads section and its fine. I would say the problem is def at your end - either bad net connection corrupting the files or out of date program used to extract the archive

if you are using Chrome or other as main browser then there is the problem. try IE or FF. had some experience with it at work.....especially with nvidia drivers.....

@bozont: This thread is more than five years old. Google Chrome exists since 2008. :P And above all this problem is probably already solved. :)
