i cant get the tg2001.dyn cheat to work. help please?

i followed the instructions given with the download from dan, however i cant seem to get it to work.

heres what i did:

1.) downloaded/extracted the file to my c:\gtl directory

2.) opened gtl

3.) created new driver profile

nothing happened though, as if i didnt do something or did something wrong?

any input would be greatly appreciated

if c:\gtl is where all the game files including gtl.exe are then it should have worked and given that new player all car/tracks

And what if the game is installed in a different drive and folder?

it still works, just copy the file into the main game directory

ive tried everything that i can think of. except for reinstalling the game. i dunno, i get no money no cars no nothing... lol i guess i just gotta beat the game the old fashioned way.

is it possible that i may have bought a copy of gtl that doesnt allow the cheat??

given the fact that i did just buy it a few days ago.
