In a bold attempt to save the economy I bought a TrackIR4 Pro, just because it's prettier . Therefore I have for sale a
TrackIR3 Pro, including a
Vector Expansion kit (3-way reflector)
+ VE activation code, and a
NaturalPoint Cap (for mounting the reflector)
The latest driver (XP, Vista) can be downloaded from the NaturalPoint website.
The TrackIR3 Pro + VE allows you free head movement and therefore free vision by just naturally moving your head. 6DOF freedom to look left, right, up, down, shift and tilt your head, all in real time. All major race sims support TrackIR, plus of course all of today's (and many of yesterday's) flight sims and also many first-person shooters.

Price: 45 euros, plus post & packaging.
I'll wash the cap before shipping it ;).

If you decide you'd like to donate it to a good home, I'll take care of it. ;-)

I've got one, worn once or twice, gathering dust now. Not sure about the "donate" part, but I'd negotiate terms. Or, better still, could someone please explain how this device is a good thing!?!?!? :?: THAT I'd pay for!
Buttkicker I understand. TrackIR just seems wrong.

Perhaps you should start a new thread in the Computech section, e.g. "How to get TrackIR working / get used to TrackIR / get the best settings for TrackIR"? :)
I think TrackIR is great for looking around to see where my opponents are, for looking into mirrors that are outside my screen and for looking into corners (especially very sharp turns) before I start turning the wheel.
Ever since I started using it in race sims I loved it and I wouldn't want to race without it anymore, it's great. So you'll have to explain what you don't like, what goes wrong etc. There's plenty of people here using it and loving it.

You mean you had to wear that stupid cap the whole time?
LOL!

You could also get the Trackclip Pro (http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/02-products/product-TrackClip-PRO.html), if you're really concerned about your looks when sim racing . But I agree that this cap looks pretty daft, the cap I got with the TrackIR4 looks much better :).
