Help with Lister Storm Setup

can someone help teach me how the different options will increase/decrease downforce, and stuff like that so i can apply that to the tracks? that would be great.

well each setup is different for different tracks, so advising someone on how to setup at monza for example, is totally different for imola or valencia, but there is a post here http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39695 that might help you, its got a motec beginners guide, and a link to race2play, which gives an excellent briefing on setting up a car, as well as a car setup development tool which is quite useful!
also the GTR2 engineers handbook gives a few great tips, its here

and finally tom goodalls setups at http://forum.racedepartment.com/gtr-2-setups/5130-complete-setup-folder-tom-goodall.html (you have to register to dl this file) - these are really useful as a base setup- everyones style differs and you can expect these to be perfect, but they really helped me see where i was goin wrong, and there you have it young padawan! ;-)
