v101 No-File checking Exe for Rally Trophy by Dan

This RT.exe has the file checking removed, so you need it if you want to:
# play online/lan multiplayer with addon cars or tracks
# want RT to record the stage times you do with addon cars/tracks

This is for v1.01 of the game, so make sure you are using the official v1.01 patch before installing
