Hi all,
Just noticed that when enabling force feedback my FPS nearly drops by 40 to 50%.
I usually reach 90 to 100 FPS (capped by vsync) on 1600x1200, 2xAA. When enabling force feedback it goes down to 50 to 60 FPS. There is little performance difference between Low and Full ffb settings.
I am using a rather old MS Sidewinder FF Pro 2 joystick. Could it be a driver problem (old joystick driver)? Or do you encounter the same problem with the latest force feedback wheels?
