Extracting hdc file from car files? Help please

Hi guys,

I'm just curious, if anyone knows...with the decrypted car files, how do we exctract the hdc file for editing? Is there a certain program I need to have?

I would simply like to be able to increase the FFBMultiplier for stronger steering feel in some of the cars. Like we are able to do in RFactor and GTR2.

I only race offline, so you don't have to worry about me cheating, nor about online mismatches. This is only for my own personal enjoyment.

If anyone knows how to do this, I'd appreciate some help.

I notice in Frank's Renault Gordini folder, that he was able to extract the hdc file, so that it is editable. So I know that it is possible.

I'm assuming you are referring to GTL.. the games physics are encrypted into a single file. Frank may have created his own HDC file.
