Screen pausing/hanging

Does anybody else experiencing screen pauses, for half a sec or so, while in a race. Normally just before a turn. I also experience it online when somebody joins a race while you are on the track.

when someone joins online you need to load hes car so that causes pause, you can turn "Add new cars" in options so it adds them only when you are in garage.
