GTR2 Stand alone

Can someone please tell me what a stand alone download is for GTR2? apparently it's not a skin because I don't see the stand alone vehicles I added to my GTR game data file

Standalone means that the car will be added to the game as an extra car thats not original. You need to find the relevent folder and drop the standalone car folder into the correct team game folder.

Okk...when i dropped the file in the correct folder and launch the game
I can see the vehicle name but....there is no vehicle to view in the showroom.
When i did this w/ GTR the first game version, the vehicles would be there.
Although i didn't try to select the vehicle to drive with. The only thing visible
was the name of the vehicle i dropped in the folder.

Do you mean drop the folder or files from the folder in the correct team game folder. On read me files it says extract files from folder.

all you do is add the standalaone car you have just downloaded to the same car folder, for example. Scuderia ecosse f360 gtc british gt cars that we have just skinned. The car folder is called scuderia ecosse brit gt. This folder with all the cars files go into the main 360 folder and whamo it works.
you will kick yourself when it clicks and you find how easy it is.

Hahaha....Thanx guys I figured it out...it was just strange that some cars showed and some didn't so when I tried it another way...WHAMO there they
were!!!
