I have a Sony DVD RW DW-Q120A, and my disk is not reading! And there's no update for Firmware or drivers. Can any one help?

Same thing with me. Looks like a unformated dvd.
Try to get a replacement DVD, were you bought it.

There were similar issues with RBR on certain DVD-drives. Updating firmware or changing the drive helped.

Upgraded firmware and it worked for me. Now I have been enjoying it!
