Toban a fantasy track?

I noticed that the Toban track shows Toban, In.

Not able to find it in Google Earth....

Am I a tard, or does it exist??

If its great its fictional, best tracks are fake or at least Toban. Look at all these doomsayers and WW3 fanatics, fictional conflicts but more exciting to watch documentaries about on TV.
