Hi again,
Finally racing the GT-40 around...I noticed that its very light feeling, even to the touch at my FF wheel...

Car comes unglued easier than I would think that car of any, would...even at lower speeds...

Anyone else observe this? Is the stock set up just wrong? I think I could pounce on the GT in one of the smaller cars...

Thank you again!!!!

Hi there and welcome

First tries with the GT40 are usually very difficult, it's just too powerful compared to the cars you are used to when you get it. Just keep training, the GT40 is all about having a very sensitive right foot and countersteering. And yes, the stock setup is all wrong, at least for me...

The GT40 is horrible on the default setups. A bit of work on setup and it is a great car to drive. Still tricky on the limit 'though.

I think one thing that can catch you out on first try is the thing arrives at corners much faster than the other cars in it's class, but does not have much more grip; so it feels understeery - IMHO this is mainly due to arriving at the corner travelling too fast with the front tyres on fire trying to stop it.

I really don't get on with this car!
It spins like crazy, until recently I didn't realise it's in the GTC 65 class duh!:whoa:
