You can probably open the engine file in notepad and mod it to do that.. haven't tried it myself should be possible tho?

-WARNING, WILL CAUSE ONLINE MISMATCH-

Increase the values in the following files located inside your car of choice folder:

.eng (horsepower)
Edit the values on the right side to about 5000 all the way down

.hdc (clutch torque)
increase this value to about 5.500

.tyr (tire friction)
increase the value up to about 4.000 in soft tyres section

.grb (gear ratios) Increase the value on the bottom right to about 20

Remember to back up your files, because this will ruin your car for race driving. Both online and offline!
