add on cars do not show up in game

I must first apologise, earlier post on missing cars did not help. I have loaded several Aston Martins into the teams/gt file. The Aston folder does not show up when I attempt to select the car in the game. I know I am probably missing something simple and dumb but I am stumped. Any suggestions? Thanks
