Hai guys,

Lately I've been working on several standalone cars, so creating new skins and colourscemes. Also I figured out how to change the design of the driver's helmet (with a psd. template). Very nice to create your own car and matching driverhelmet. BUT...I also would like to change model and colours of the driversuits. At this moment most of the drivers are dressed in either the black/blue or the totally white racingsuit.
In the directory "Teams" however I found a .gtr file named "Talent" (to be opened with Geditor), in which 10 different driversuits are shown (also red, blue, green, grey and yellow). So they should be available for creating "new" drivers.
Anybody got a clue how to change the suits so that they match with the colours of the car and design of the helmets? In which file can I find the already used "old" suits and what do I have to do to change them??

I would very much appreciated it if someone could help me with this matter...
Please let me know

i found in the .car file a line that says "genstring ######" with a six digit number instead of the hashes. This is to tell the game which wheels, spoiler etc to use with the basic model. The last digit can be 1-7 and controls the colour of the drivers suit (for ferrari anyway not tried others). if you wan`t specific colours you will have to find the texture in whichever .gtr file it`s in (no idea)and repaint it.

this is as much as ive got for the genstring but there is another post somwhere with more info. Not sure if it varie from car to car.

ferrari 360:
1st 1-2 spoiler
2nd 1-6 wheels
3rd 1-9 sunvisor(seen from in cockpit)
4th digit?
5th digit? anything other than 0 causes crash.
6th 1-7 drivers suit.

hope this helps someone.
