Is Nurburgring In This Game???? The Full Track That Takes Like 9 Minutes To Finish One Lap!! Is It In The Game Or Not?

No. There's a 3-pack of them though as an add on mod:

It's 3 different versions of them. BTW, Nordschleife's the name of the track itself, the location is Nurburgring. At least that's what I gathered.

The Nurburgring is composed of the Nordschleife (the looooooong old track) and the Sudschleife (the newer F1 track). Neither track is in the official release of GTR2, but the Nordschleife has been modded... haven't seen the Sudschleife yet... this track is on the rFactor demo BTW.

To be somewhat pedantic ;) it is not correct to refer to the F1 track as the Sudschleife. It is usually called the GP track. The Sudschleife was completely destroyed in the seventies and the GP track as we know it today was constructed on that ground. As you can see from the image, the Sudschleife has no resemblance with todays Nurburgring GP track.

That ain't pedantic drapin... that's righteously correct! I just didn't want to make the explanation longer and more confusing... but you are right on the historical facts. :D
