I think I've bought a dud game..

GT Legends is the best driving game IMO. However I cannot connect online - it says the key is invalid. The game was bought new and was wrapped - am I missing something here or have I been robbed?

..email the Support people, they are very good, i had the same trouble back in Feb, and i emailed them about not connecting online and they emailed back in 2 hours...they can issue you a new online Key!

Are you using the correct keycode as there are 2 different 'keycodes' that require entering?

One is on the DVD which is needed when installing.

One is on the back of the manual, which is the 'online' key code.

If you have entered the correct keycodes, then I too would go with Anolog's suggestion.

Where the codes are (and whether they are missing) depends on where you live. The European version on DVD is different to the US version on CD. I'm not sure where "in a hostile environment" is :D

No, thats the US CD key :)

The site is confusing as initially the US version was missing the on-line key, so the GTL site was changed to issue this. Then when the bonus version was bundled with GTR2, they remembered the on-line key but left off the CD key. So the GTL website was amended to supply the CD key, but the wording wasn't changed properly to reflect this.
