It's all the adjustments that you can make to get the car more drivable for you. Some times you may be lucky and find a person whose settings work for you also, but they are down to driving style too.

If you want to try this one, just extract it into you SETTINGS folder in your Player profile. There will be a folder for Spa in there (the settings folder). If you put it in there, then it will show up as available when you are at Spa. But if you just put it in loose (straight into the settings folder), it will be in you COMMON folder in game.
