You must be a registered user of brakesman.com and then you can download this conversion from filefront.com.
But it takes MANY time, especially with 56K, because the Mod has about 500 MB datas and not all download-managers are allowed. I need 20 h of downloading, with costs of 14€
You further need a method, to adapt the motors, because all cars are much to high-powered. You can get my "Less-Power"-DL here from nogripracing...

Please don't get the impression GT Legends is anything like this mod :)

There is a more serious GT Legends mod for GTR2 in the works, but in the mean time I'm sure you can buy GT Legends pretty cheaply.
