How many of you out there havent bumped into this. I have several times encountered this problem. Cars of the same make, with the same year and carnumber.
Excample : 2 Ferrari 550s both from '03 and both #10
But different teams. They will for sure cause a confusing. Lets say You (The driver) have chosen another car to drive, but you want the 2 Ferrari's to be amongst the opponents. You load the track - no problems- but when you start driving there will be 1 of 3 scenarios : You will see the 2 #10 cars both being from team A. Or they will both be from team b. Or they will appear as they should, but with the same drivername. Now that is annoying. I can understand if the cars came from 2 different carmakers. Not if they are from the same guy (witch I have seen a couple of times). Especially the ones who for sure have the darn game. They only have to start the game to see what has been taken. Obviously the Ferrari of 2003 #10 is occupied. So dont make another one. It's just to sad when I have to ditch a cool looking car because of this.
If only I myself had the skills, but I dont. I was thinking. How about a database where all cars where in with year & carnumber. So all the carmakers can see if etc.the Ferrari of 2004 with #10 is available. Now, that would most certainly save a lot of grief.
