Here is a little tip that many may already have tried, but it took me a while to figure it out, so I thought I'd post it here.
When you race online, save the replays. When you go off-line, watch the replays and note the other drivers' race lines, breaking points, when they change gears etc (wont do you any good if you are the fastest in the pack though... :) ). To change the camera to the other cars, I use the gear up paddle, and I think that function is defaulted to whatever you have as 'gear up'.
Pretty soon your replay save slots will be filled up. You then need to delete or move some old replay.dat files in the SaveGame folder.
