View Full Version : Keep Losing Connection
Half the races I join I can't finish because I "lose connection with the server". I don't know if it's my ISP or a hardware/sofware thing. This is very annoying during my Mini League races. Anyone know what I could do do see what the problem is? No one else I've spoken to seems to have this problem as much.
Try this, Turn off the firewall if you have one. And if you do have a router, it could be the firewall on that is causing a problem as well. Try and do port forwarding on the router. Details are in the GTR2 booklet what ports to open.
This might not fix. And make sure your antivirus doesn't start a scanning while your racing.
I use Windows Firewall, and don't have a router. I don't have antivirus running during gameplay, but I'm afraid to turn the firewall off because of security reasons.
