View Full Version : Help With G25, Need Base Measurements...

I'm thinking of getting a Logitech G25 wheel and peddal unit. However, I have a cockpit I sit in for my racing enjoyment but the peddal unit can only be between certain sizes.
Would someone who has a G25 be kind enough to supply me with the measurements of the peddal unit. I'm not worried about the peddals themselves, just the casing. (See attached picture)
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
Cheers!!!

9-3/4" up to 12" for the b direction
pretty close to a constant 16" for a
This might be of interest to you too -- Logitech has a set of JPG diagrams showing the outline of the three G25 sections (wheel, pedals, shifter) and the bolt pattern to attach them to a cockpit. You can find them here (http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=5475&p_created=1159823078&p_sid=Za4Ox6xi&p_accessibility=0&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX 3Jvd19jbnQ9MTUmcF9wcm9kcz04NDQsMTgsMTY3MiZwX2NhdHM 9JnBfcHY9My4xNjcyJnBfY3Y9JnBfc2VhcmNoX3R5cGU9YW5zd 2Vycy5zZWFyY2hfbmwmcF9wYWdlPTE*&p_li=&p_topview=1). IIRC, one of the links was mislabelled.
Hope this helps.
A: 25 cm (~9,85 in) front, 31 cm (~12,2 in) middle and 27 cm (~10,6 in) rear (where your heels rest)
B: 43 cm (~16,93 in)
thickness: 1,5 cm / ~0,59 in (thinnest, rear), 6 cm / ~2,36 in (thickest, about 2,5 cm / ~1 in from front)
Of those links, shifter gives you pedal configuration and vice versa.

Thanks for all this info guys, but I have decided to hold off for now on the G25, although I probably will get it in the future, so these measurements are extremely helpful.
Instead, I decided to go with the "TrackIR Pro 4" head tracking system and man am I glad I did!!! Wonderful utility!
Cheers!!!
