Alpine 1300S Real Sounds by Roger

This is a bit flakey, but is a recording of my 1300S accelerating. The microphone was taped to the rear panel above the tail lights. I had to turn the mic. volume right down as far as it would go.

Turn your volum control right up.

You will get the general idea...........

Glad you liked it, a bit crude compared to that beautifull Alfa.

I have burned the sounds to CD and will have a go at the RT files tonight, could be interesting ;)

Well, I tried to use those sounds - UTTER DISASTER. At least I have learned a few things about how the sounds work after much head scratching and driving some of the oddest sounding cars ever :P .

I think I will need to go and make recordings specifically for use in the game.

Even then (TBH) I am not sure that they will be any more worth the effort that editing existing sounds (which may actually be a better approach in the long run :cry: ).
