beafore few days i saw peets times at RT rank but he is not there any more? :D -is it possible to dellite a account there-i was traying that beafore but i only manegd to upload emty map higscores.hs if i wont to be at the bottom but i wass still on the list?

Yes, it used to be possible to delete your own times. I can't find the option right now, sorry. :(

By deleting his times, he disappeared from the list. His account is still there, if you enter the site from the GPLrank (http://gplrank.schuerkamp.de/php-pub/gplrank.php) homepage, you can still find him using the "Seach driver database" function. :)
I also got a reply from the guy who was the initiator of RTrank, he does not have time for further development but he is willing to give me access to the management functions. :banana:

but i cant figure it out that option for dellitig times is gone in last weak?-i saw his times last weak but haw is possible to dellite it -i was traying to doo that beafore and after him but with no suxcess and hee is manage to doo this? :confused: ,BTW-you really need to doo something good with RT rank :up: because it is too mutch things mixing up v1.00,v 1.01 and alternative physics.... :OMG:

maybe he deleted his account totally to remove the times, then made a new account with the same name again .. I knwo this way of doing it works

it's impossibile to dellet account totaly-option doesent exsest!! :( but when you made new account you are on the account list but not on the handicap list of RT rank untill you upload something-i figure it out looking at the noumbers of drivers- they are around 1500 drivers but at the handicap list they are only 500-maybe people has mading a account just to be able to wotching times or the noumbre of drivers is for RT Rank and GPL rank :confused: -but still i dont understeand haw is he(peet) dissepeard from 1 space RT Rank handicap? :D

Seriously, I can't find the option myself now, but the way that Ken described it sounds the most logical way that he has deleted his times.
Anyway, I got my admin access now, so I can do things like that from the admin control panel now. Next step: cleaning up the database. :smash:

you beginning to souned like Balue :) -are you gonna dellete the whole database of times in RT Rank so wee will need to send new times or.....

No, I am only going to delete the times that were obviously set using shortcuts and/or silly physics and times from people who have uploaded a corrupted highscores file. In version 1.00 of the game, it sometimes happened that the file got corrupted and stages times of 0 seconds were recorded. People who had this happen to them will get an email to explain why their times were deleted. :)

I will post a thread in the main RT forum later to inform everybody about what is going to happen. With the "new" exe file that doesn't check the physics, we will have to agree on which sets of physics to use when driving for a ranking. All we can do then is hope that everybody sticks to those sets and I will have to keep my eyes open to find out if someone uploads silly times.
