DTM 2.0 mod has been released with fixed textures and a whole new cockpit 'n' steering wheel:

I just noticed a Marcos mod on the dl page aswell. It says it was a conversion from the GTRx Spec mod for F1C:

Sorry about posting about N2LO's oval circuits that had been released, i should have checked no grips track section.

I installed that Marcos Mod yesterday, seems OK....But have a problem in cockpit view, the front and side windows, are not very clear, they DULL the tracks quite badly, kinda like all the gamma has gone. Can you find out IF, you have the SAME problem, please? Then I will know it's not just me. Thanks.
Didn't want to post hear before in case this Mod is not welcome, hmm still might NOT be..

Well, I installed these new version of DTM 2002, with the fixed .cas files. The problem is the cars still appears with the old dark windows and no driver figure in.
Does anyone takes the "new models" with this download file?
If someone have the right files, please send me on pm.

Yes well im going to re-install GTR2 because i need to get rid of DTM 1.0. As for the Marcos i didn't notice the windows being too dull, i attached some little screenies of the windows

Well, one question the dtmv2.0 files that you re using NOW are the same of posted download link ******************?
In negative case, were are them come from?
The basic origin of all that files seems to be race-online.fr, and I think they are with some recent problems on it.
if its possible, try to install the exact file of the download link to verify the real appearance of windows and driver figure.

About remove old versions of mods I never need to reinstall GTR2, only use the uninstall option, or manually delete them.

how do the DTM cars compare with thome's E90 car?
Tried them last night (DTM's) and personally I think the E90's handle and feel tons better.The DTM's are a tad slippery like lacking downforce or grip and the brakes are touchy and want to lock up..this was with the default set up at Adelaide.

One thing I always like to do when a new mod comes out is take the car directly onto the track without touching the set up and see how good or bad it'll handle out of the box. ;)

I haven't seen anything major yet to put me off to the DTM's, but one thing has me a slight bit worried - spirited runs at Norisring in the Audi's heat the fronts up to well over 1100-1200 degrees in every major corner.

Guess I need to adjust the brake bias, huh (or maybe the duct openings)?

i have tried to install the dtm 2.o 3 times already and all i get is dtm in the class menu but no cars to choose, then ctd.

By the photo your cars windows and driver are ok. Do you remember where this file come from? I still no find a download with this appearance. Only the old dark windows and no driver...

About mechanic adjustments i ever tune my cars, so they have no problems of performance. For example my CLK2001 runs as fast and smoothly than a M3GTR. The CLK2002 runs faster than BMWs ...
