New DTM Mercedes C burns during presentation

On last Sunday the DTM 2007 was opend and presented in Duesseldorf in Germany. It was a great show with oldtimers, motorbike-stuntes, racing karts and of course the new DTM cars.

But during the presentation of the new Mercedes C the car of Bruno Spengler catched fire. The brakes were heated to much by the burnouts he dind and the tire or something else startet to burn. OMG! :eek: Cool or is that hot?!! There was a lot of danger there and I noticed that there was no one with an extinguisher any where near the scene and I guess the fire brigade had to come from miles away and had to get through the traffic! :confused: They let that sucker burn :roflmao: no, no, not good, great images and video. My my whatever next, not good Merc PR :o oh my :cry:

Ekstrom will win the race IMO, cause he set the fastest laps in the first and second quali heat. Mika is 7th, look out for him, he's in top form. Schneider is in 9th, bad for the champion of 2006. Gary Paffett is in a 2006-spec car so he's way back.

PS Look out for Abt. He'll be the one causing a pile-up in turn 3, Spitzkurve

I'm happy for Ekstrom, not for Kristensen. I trully hope he'll be OK, but MotorsTV commentators say that the car was heavily damaged and he might not make it @ Oschersleben, or maybe even 2007 Le Mans:cry:
