It's better than the 6600 but you can get better.

Look for a 1950pro agp, or 7800 gs.

Radeon X850 XT was an excellent card in it's day - I've got one myself (18 months old? UK£350 at the time!), but I'm pretty sure you could get a better card for EU100-EU130 new nowadays.

Friend of mine bought something new for about UK£110 6 months ago and it embarassingly out-performs my aging X850 XT Pro. The ATI X19xx series do AGP versions and are probably your best bet.
