Reporting posts

Now as it has come to my attention that some users tend to do what they want and others just saying why no actions are taken I post this here.

On every post there is a Report Post http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/im...ons/report.gif button which send info of that post to admins.

If you see inappropriate language, attacking behaviour or anything not considered good manners or that doesn't apply to the site rules USE the report post button!! We can't take actions if we don't know someone's acting up.

All this also applies to gallery comments.

I'll leave this open for replies for now but this might get closed sooner or later...

AGAIN!!

USE the button!!!

Once again I was pm'd and had to find out what's going on as no one reports the posts/threads but do say there that it needs to be closed or binned.

So REPORT posts that we can take actions!!

Perhaps text next to the button . . . I was unaware of that function! :o

Hi vrmx, might be the cause of the confusion??
If PM isn't appropriate this should be modified in the "site rules"??

"No backseat admins - if you think someone has broken the rules use the 'report post' or Private Message feature to notify the site admins"

Thanks.

PM is ok too but report post function is preferred as it reaches all admins at once when with PM you usually contact just one admin.

Like snowy also pointed it out the problem is knowledge or the lack of it.

Very few actually read the site rules or this section of the forum so I just blame everything on pure ignorance :P.

I admit before your first post on december 22nd I had not noticed that "report post" sign... :o

Hi vrmx, thanks for the clarification.
Reaching all of the admins is certainly preferable to one at a time.
