Videos gallery now open

I've added a new section, the Videos gallery, where you can add your favourite Youtube or Vimeo videos for everyone to see and comment on

The Videos section isn't 100% complete, I need to add the latest videos, search and favourites features but they will be done very soon

Great feature!!!

However, I succeeded in uploading a video half an hour age, but if I select the video submit page I get an HTTP 404 error now

EDIT It seems that it's random when it gets to the submit page, most of the time I get HTTP 404, sometimes I get through.

HTTP 404 is Users has connection with server, but server does not understand sh*t from what user wants.

Guess it's just a small bug that you will find in any new feature on a site.

Anyway, awesome feature. Will be using it a lot.
I also love the way it's the 'same' as the picture gallery.

Some things I've noticed:
- Colin McRae Rally Series does not have an avatar/thumbnail on the main selection page, same goes for RBR, rFactor and Rally Trophy, Forza, GT, Historic Motorsports and road cars.

- Nothing else. Will let you know if I do find a bug...

Again, top notch work. I'm loving it.

I think that under the 'User Controls' menu on the main page a line 'My Videos' should be added?

a couple of places had an incorrect link to the submit page.. fixed now

I cannot upload link to GT Legends. I've successfully uploaded other vid to GTR2, Colin Mcrae rally and other racing game.

Just a small brain fart:
Could we get a 'latest uploads' on the bottom of the main video gallery page, just like we have at the picture gallery.

Would be a nice way of seeing the latest video's.

Or maybe also put it on the front page, and use it in the same bar as the pictures.

Ok. The idea is great. But I have one question about rules. I mean what videos allowed and what doesn't ? Is it the same rules as in photo gallery? (I mean that the "illegal" files are against the rules? Or this doesn't touch video?) To be shortly : is the video of ANY car/track in GTR2 is allowed?

result : Permission denied - you can not upload to that category!

probbably the same thing that prohibited watching them at first..

The latest photo thingy doesn't show the latest photos.

Same for the videos.

To be clear, I mean the previews on the main page, not the "Latest photos" and "Latest videos" pages.

I've got another question concerning the rules. On YouTube, there are a couple of videos of races such as BTCC, V8 Supercars, NASCAR and much more. Now, I don't know whether these videos are legal on YouTube, tbh, I doubt it

. So would it brake the rules of the video section if I'd put a link to these videos there??

I would say its youtubes problem and if they are allowing them then adding them to our gallery is OK..

Okay thanks for the reply, those uploaders are deleted pretty often actually. But anyway, do I have to ask the original uploaders first. I don't want to make any of those great guys angry
