f1 2011 mods

Someone please explain--
there were quite a few mods for f1 2011 soon after the game first appeared and now I can't find any..on any site, even those that previously had some..is there a particular reason for that?

Since http://www.racedepartment.com/ does not have any more the download section is difficult to find the old mod ... that mod you need? If you want to i do some research
