Hello, is there any possibility to drive some pre-1975 version of Spa-Francorchamps?
I have found only 2 possibilities: 1) rFactor2 beta - paying for rFactor2 seems to be too much for one track at this moment for me. 2) Spa Francorchamps 1967 track from GTR 2 coverted to GTR Evolution by krissj - quite obsolete graphics but probably only solution for me. Does anybody knows about something else? |

The only early versions of Spa, to my knowledge, are based on the old GPL track, usually called Spa67. This has been converted to almost every sim from SCGT and Nascar Racing to GTL and GTR2, despite its many inaccuracies. There is an accurate version being created for GPL, but this has been ongoing for ages and who knows when, or if, it will ever be released.

I think anyone who has driven it would agree. |

jgf is totally right, basically there is only one more old spa besides rf2, for rf1 there are several variations with better looks than that gpl original but the layout is very inaccurate.
With 60s cars it is some 30sec faster per lap than the real thing. |

Thanks for comments. I will have a look at rF2 than.
Which one is 30s faster? Old GPL version or rF2 version? |
