This one? That's the same mod, as near as I can tell (I tried installing it yesterday). I downloaded that one as well as the ALMS and Le Mans skins from PerfectDark's site, thinking that the LMES pkg was the base mod. After installing the whole thing, I got a CTD just when the selected track was to load. After de-selecting the entire mod in Car Tools, everything went fine (I also have the JPBS mod installed).

Near as I can tell, the LMES file are just skins as well...the trace list shows that all the stuff needed to support the mod itself is not present. I'm trying to find that pkg now but so far no luck...all I can find are now-dead links, mostly to RapidShare.

I'm gonna finagle with this and do the "mod at a time" and see what the matter is. as far as the mods I had them in two different file types. 1. a loading exe and 2. a regular folder. that's what prolly screwed me up. Yeah I usually have problems with the Perfect dark Prototypes mods.

If your problem is anything like mine, this is what you need -

http://www.simworldgt.com/?n=Prototy...details&id=257

- the base mod for Proto SCC. Thanks to OleGreyGhost for posting the link in a different thread here.

It looks like you've got a bunch of only-partly-installed cars there...what mod(s) have you installed recently?

You need to find this anim (ExtDriver-ShiftR_M.lma) & place it in you main anim folder (minor problem, shouldn't cause a CTD)

setup.cpp 1194: Could not find HEADPHYSICS_WTCC.HED
looks like the WTCC mod is missing the .hed anim, also no big problem and shouldn't cause a CTD.

You might want to lower the number of cars (counted 46?) IF you are having CTD's, as GTR2 will ctd around 2GB's of ram useage.

Other than that your trace file looks fine except for that fresh eggs car ... meshes differ too much, but will not cause CTD either.

Cheers for the help, turns out my computer just cant handle all 47 of the cars in the mod on track at once, i will just have to live with that.

But this still has me questioning how with this mod I cant run a full 47 car grid but with just the base game with no mods installed I have ran 100+ cars on Spa with no problems.

Is it just using cars form mods takes more processing power maybe?

I can't have more than 22 or so Audi TTRs (for example) on a grid, due to the hi-rez graphics that mod has vs my current computer's hardware spec (C2D E6750, O/C'd 5%; nVidian GTX 560; 4 gigs RAM; on Win7 x64)...any more will cause unacceptable system lag, especially at the start of a race (off-line).

Generically...the prettier the car is, the more system horsepower it'll need to run properly.

Just a heads up - the updated rain fx file called "stunning rain fx) causes CTD
