Missing Walls on Downloaded tracks

Need Help!
Some of the circuits i have downloaded have missing wall textures and I cant figure out why.

Doesnt matter what level of detail i use the same happens.

Very bad when trying to drive Monaco or the 'Ring in the rain...

The confusing part is that all of the same tracks work fine on GPL and that is almost the same graphics engine (or at least it seems to be...)
