My speeds were increased dramatically today, not crazy fast, but MUCH better.

Old speed test...

New speed test...

In the university halls I lived in last year, we had 20MB/s down and 60MB/s up. Almost made me stay in halls instead of getting a house.

480mbit upload? I couldn't even put that use at home as I still have 100mbit router lol! (which won't be enough in few years)

Hmm, where does the general thought come from that Sweden and Finland have the best internet?

I guess you are mixing the best with most expensive one. That über fast connection was 20€/month!

My AOL speed was rather dissapointing

but it's looking much better with BT Infinity #1

and I'm upgrading to the BT Infinity #2 next week so it should be faster.
I was bitterly dissapointed when I first tried BT Infinity, it was less than a 1/4 of what I expected, but that's because I was using a Wireless 'G' adapter. I figured it would be okay since 'G' apparently runs up to 56Mb/s, but it turns out that, for whatever reason you really do need Wireless 'N'.

anyways, you would be taxfree for a while... as an tourist.
don't get it, why.. but atleast russian's don't pay taxes at here, and have some other special rights.. i don't know why. their the most common tourists at here, actually. (east-southern finland atleast).

mine:

DNA's internet.. must be restarted many times at 1 day, if wanted to keep that speed! it slow downs hard sometimes..

We pay for 30/30 - but the equipment and our line into the house is capable of 100/100, if we were dishing out more cash.. It's just a matter of how much the ISP allows us through "the hole".. Paying around 30€ per month in the Danish currency.
