Default Frustrating RSRBR 2012 Problem

Hey guys,

I've recently had to reinstall everything my computer, including RBR and RSRBR 2012.

Now I have a strange graphical problem that I've never had before. The game works fine apart from this visual problem.

Please please help.

Doubt it, we've only put a new one in recently and no problems with anything else.

Motherboard failure, since been replaced.

I've had something similar once. I think it was an overheating GPU or CPU, or dirty RAM connections.

A good clean out inside the Box and re-seating the RAM fixed it for me.

Are you overclocking??

Sorry, I'm not really a computer genius (ashamed to say on here), I just enjoy the driving. What's overclocking?

Since you have reinstalled a system, did you install exactly the same GPU drivers or older/newer?
If this is happening with the same version of drivers try installing Direct X again. Also, is the resolution the same as it used to be when it worked?

If you don't know what it is then you most likely aren't doing it. So it won't be caused by that.

I was having the same issue with my GTX 470, and it turned out to be my GPU dying. I replaced it with a GTX 670, and the problem's gone.

I have the same problem with my hd2900xt and tried with another card but it did not help. Also tried without overclocking but it didn't seem to help. The weird thing is that i havent got that kind of problems with any other game

My computers specs are:

Vista SP1 (if i remember right)
Latest directx
HD2900XT (latest cat)
e6600@3,1GHz
4gb ddr3
2x500gb@RAID0

I had the same problem with Race 07 and fixed it on that by doing this http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=293171

So next time I go on RBR it should be okay
