Higher means the sound is more stretched so the sound doesn't run into the rev limiter sound too early. Maybe try 1.01 or something.
is prevented when there is not enough traction. Maybe increase rear downforce - or maybe the car should even be put onto GT1 tires and not GT2?

UpshiftAlgorithm=(0.97,0.0) // percentage of the rev limit to upshift at. If the 2nd value is non-zero, then we will use it as the exact RPM to upshift at.
Former is self explanatory (and explained after the //'s ) the latter means lower up to zero prevents upshift, negative values kinda disable auto upshift. 0.1 or 0.2 should work however as I said if it just don't work on that one specific car, I think is has some minor physics issues. Perhaps we should 'just' UCP it??
