Need Clutch Help.

I use standing starts since that is my comfort
zone but the problem i'm having is I hold the
clutch all the way in but i'm still very slowly
creeping even on flat tracks.The clutch setting
i'm using is 100% sensitivity if it helps.

I have my clutch sensitivity set at 74%. I started using that setting with Grand Prix Legends, and now I have it set in GTR2 as well. I assume it will help with the problem that you're having
