Hey Ausviper,
I posted this in this section but i see not many viewers look here so maybe
since you know TOCA 3 you might know if I can get my steering fixed.
Thanks for any help.

Got TRD3 a few years ago. Loved everything BUT the steering sensitivity using my Logi Drive Force Pro was horrible. In all other sims my wheel with game settings works great, tight and exact. In TRD3 I got very loose and sloppy steering and after tons of trying to make it better with no luck I uninstalled it.

I just found updates here for TRD3.
Will the 1.2 or 1.3 help my steering problems?

Can anyone offer there settings in the game that I can try?

I'm trying to get tight, precise steering.
Under "Controller Options"
What 'Wheel Linearity' settings will be best, + or -?
Is 'Wheel Multiturn' better than just 'Wheel'?
Is 98 steering saturation best for tight steering?

In the 'Pro Simulator' section I green checked 'Handling'.
Is that a good thing to do?

Somehow I'm thinking I might have not have found these adjustments years ago
or I got so lost in adjusting them I just gave up.

I have all dead zones at '0'.

A big thanks for any help you can offer.

Velo

also KJVELO, come online and join a room i am in, intel48, i can message you settings that are pretty good for most wheels, just need to tweak it for your self, but settings i have are 98% perfect for most ppl

the 1.1 patch, you cannot extract it to the game, it is an installer, so extract file then run it and direct it to where your game is installed, default is c:\program files\codemasters\racedriver3

cheers

all else fails, uninstal, then reinstal, join an online session, and we can chat about it, I race most days

network settings in yr game should match your internet speed, and/or get faster internet....what speed do you have now.......download speed means nothing, this game relies totally on UPLOAD SPEED, also if you are using WIFI, or wireless.....forget it do your self a favour and go direct to yr router with cat5/6

ppl....say wireless/WIFI is faster......its a load of shit...it is faster at an "instant", but this game needs CONSTANT speed without fluctuation...therefore ethernet is best
