chrome livery

Hello community, I'm trying to make a toyota GT86 super GT livery but I want to make only some bits of the livery chrome not the whole one.. What do I do?

This is how mine look:

This is how actual car looks:

Plus I'm having problem with colouring wheel.. It shows no brake disc and the blur is crappy

In garage:
WHEEL%201.jpg

In race:
WHEEL%202.jpg

I know this is not car problem because other rims work nice
