scca trans am mod issue

i got an issue with the scca trans am mod. every time i try to do a race weekend or open practice, and no matter what track i take them on, the game crashes. help?

I'm not an expert, but the first thing I would check is whether the cars are working. When choosing a car flick through them all and see if the car appears in the window and spins around. If no car appears, then it will crash. If all bar 1 or 2 cars appear, it's those cars that are the problem.

If this isn't the problem you'll need to set up and run a trace file (use the forum search function to find how to do this, if you don't already know), to locate the problem. This will also tell the guys who know what they are doing here, what your problem is.

I found a couple of files on the web for this particular mod you speak of.

If you Google the mod title you should be able to find a link to some patches / fixes that may or may not help your situation.

the mod has 2 classes and all the cars from the over 2 litre class show on the spinner but the cars from the under 2 litre class don't show

Well there's a problem with them for sure. Try a race with just the cars that show, see if that works.
