Hmmm...Maybe you're expecting arcade type of grip?

If you are driving one of the FWD cars with all driving assists turned off, you have to work the throttle a bit in 1st and 2nd gears. If you're the type of driver that just slams the throttle to the floor and expects there to be a ton of grip in doing so, you are wrong....all that will happen is you'll be spinning the tyres.

You may need to turn on the driving aids for the cars that you feel lack grip. The lack of grip is due to your failure to control the throttle on some cars...not a failure on our part.
