Default easy AI for NFS Shift 2 by wildcats2323

This is for those who find the NFS Shift 2 game too hard.
I have lowered the AI settings, making it easier to win races.
Simply download the attachment and put the PHYSICSBOOTFLOW.bff file in your Pakfiles folder. Remember to backup your original file beforehand.

fgk108 what are you trying to do.
You simply need to put the PHYSICSBOOTFLOW.bff file into your Pakfiles folder.
Your Pakfiles folder is usually located inside C:\Program File(x86)\Electronic Arts\SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED
You should backup your original PHYSICSBOOTFLOW.bff file first, then put the new file in the Pakfiles folder (remember to choose overwrite).
Hope this helps.

This mod was incredibly helpful, thank you so much, wildcats2323!
Still, I wonder if it is possible to lower the values even further - some races are still rather tough for me...
And it would be cool to have a similar mod for shift 1

Thank you for this Easy AI file. I just got Shift1 and Shift2 on STEAM a couple weeks ago-part of a sale on NFS stuff. Your new AI file brings down the AI level to what Shift1 does for their AI difficulties. I saved the original Shift2 AI file for when I figure out how to do the garage in these games and get the cars to corner even better.

Right now, driving the cars with just the original settings which are mostly loose handling in the corners. That makes the AI pull away from me little by little in the corners with the original AI file even at Novice. I am pretty good with my wheel controller, but even pushing the car to keep up, they still pulled away from me.

Now with your Easy AI file, the Novice and Normal difficulty settings are easy to do wins and build up points the legal way and unlock items. I dont want it too easy, but also your Easy AI file makes it so I can adjust the level to make them even with me at my current level of learning the cars and tracks. I do find the tracks are pretty quick to learn. So i am ramping up pretty quick in these games.
