Default Two Questions to add Tracks

Hi there.

First Info: I only use offline-Installations of Race On and GTR Evolution.
I never found out how to install both at the same time, so I have Race On on one PC and GTR Evolution on another at my parents home.

I was able to create a subfolder in my Race On installation under \Addons named "GTR Evolution\GameData\Locations" and to add the official SimBin Nordschleife into Race On. It works fine.

First Question:
Is it somehow necessary to copy other files from the GTR Evo installation, or is everything of the "Locations" folder all I need (shared files, Nurburg)?

Second question:
Does it have any effect in which folder to place the additional race tracks? I found out that it seems to make no difference if I copy them info the "main" Locations folfer, or into any of the "Addons".
Is there any "best practice" regarding this?

You can move all tracks into Gamedata\location folder.
While I do not use the off line version anymore you can safely move the entire Evo addon into the normal gamedata\ folders

On the Steam version everything is now in the 'standard' gamedata folders

in the older Offline versions, there were indicator files which addons are active (or installed)
that prevented to mix both versions easily

the easiest way was to get race07 offline version and add GtrEvo & RaceOn as expansions

or use the online version which now is based generally on Race07

Thank you to both of you! Helps a lot.

Sorry, anorther question just popped up:
Is it possible to influence the order of appearance of the tracks in the menu? It seems not to be in alphabetical order.

my educated guess would be
it is sorted by race date
and if not present by the internal name
