Logitech are slack as can be when it comes to replacing products. I know someone whose Gear lever on his G25 broke, so they asked him to sent them a picture of the whole wheel smashed up (which he just googled), and they sent him a whole new one. Needless to say, he repaired the gear lever and sold the new one for profit! LogitechFail!
Also, they don't keep track of replacements very well, I know a friend who claimed ANOTHER wheel claming that one had broken - he wasn't even the same person!
Crazy stuff, good luck getting it sorted.
oh, and don't open the back if it's still under warranty - they probably have a sticker to check you haven't tampered with it.
I agree same as Australia they wont spend the money to support wheel
repair so its their bad luck if people take advantage.
Wouldnt they just write-off any returns or new
against unsold ones.
Better bottomline then running a service centre.
You must shop in store then you have no drama its nothing to do with the shop owner if you have a RMA number from logitech.
All they do is check the box it has wheels and pedals sometimes they dont even open them.
