Brief Dampers and Springs Explanation

I came across this video,it explains about dampers and springs by an engineer,although it is for wrc,its not very long,but it applies also to bumps in the braking zones in the sims and also going over kerbs but may help some-one if they dont understand properly.

I think it helps to see the animation of the springs and dampers working,i'm no genius by all means,still learning myself
