A group of fans, already drunk, push people, scream, throw things, use rude language - you get the picture. Now, what is the normal procedure against these people? Issue a first and probably a second warning, and finally round them up and kick them out. I have seen this happening in Europe in several football stadiums, from Spain to Portugal and Germany. People interfere with other people's enjoyment, and are warned and finally kicked out.
We can talk all we want about new systems and/or raising prices, but the one simple thing to do should be: kick them out. Trolls (at the forums) and wreckers: kick them out, ban them for good.
