Its not been reported and it is very obvious. The 906 was revamped for 3.2 so I'm sure many have driven it. I can't reproduce it so I don't know what to suggest.

The 1st screenie shows also a clipping problem of the side window with the texture of the pit building. So that points to a transparency settings of the meshes.

Root cause and solution found: I used an older version of Syhlif32's gfx.gtr shaders file. Updated to his latest version => problem solved

Not a bug .

Where is the terrain patch hiding now ? I can't seem to find it . The gravel traps are like a glue pot , can't even spin the wheels.

does the terrain patch cause this or no terrain patch installed ?
I've forgotten.
