I had suggested the 5 year $100 subscription and then got in a pinch financially and my subscription ran out. This subscription is my goal so being an unpaid member ATM does not reflect my level of support. I just need a little more time to get my funds in order again. Thank you NoGrip for being the best site of this type.

My annual $25 subscription was paid [according to my credit card statement] on November 17th yet I received a Subscription Expiry Notice email on Dec 22nd and now
I've lost my donor status - I'm getting ads and my name is no longer shown in yellow.

This happens every year and surely should have been fixed by now.
